This all started during one of the toughest times in my life. I was lost — mentally, emotionally, spiritually. I had two sons depending on me, but inside, I was struggling. Still grieving the loss of my grandfather — Deacon Charlie Sams — who was more like a father to me. Trying to figure out how to be a strong dad when I still felt like I was missing one.

I questioned myself a lot back then. Was I doing enough? Was I being the man my sons needed? Was I leading them the way I should?

That season broke me down — but it also built me up. Through real friendships, therapy, prayer, and the grace of God, I found my way back. And through all that, this brand was born.

Dat’s Crzy A.F. (Abundantly Favored) is a Christian streetwear brand created in honor of Deacon Sams. He was a man of God, a fisherman, and someone who showed me what faith looked like in real life. In the Bible, fish and fishermen stand for abundance, provision, and God's favor — and that’s what this brand represents.

It’s crazy how God will cover you, even when you don’t feel worthy. He kept His hand on me when I didn’t even know how to pray for myself. That favor — that love — is what carried me, and it’s what this brand is all about.
